Welcome to the Vendor Application for the Fall Central Carolina Bridal and Wedding Expo! We are excited to have you join us on Sunday, September 6th, 2026, from 3 pm to 7 pm at The Greenhouse at Arrows Farm, located at 321 Dean Rd, Lillington, NC 27546. This premier event brings together the best wedding vendors and services in the region. Secure your spot today with the following pricing options:

Registration Rates:

  • Bring Your Own Table (6 Foot Table): $180 (Covered Space Outside)

  • Bring Your Own Table/Tent: $100 (Outdoor Area)

  • Single 8 Foot Table Indoor: $220 (1 table, 2 chairs provided)

  • Double 8 Foot Table Indoor: $320 (2 Tables, 3 chairs provided)

Add-Ons:

  • Electric (2 Outlets): +$90

  • Registration List: +$90

Booth Selections and Add-On's

Please select the type of booth you wish to apply for and then complete the application fee payment section. The card you enter underneath the Application Fee section will be your On File Card and if accepted it will be charged for your booth amount. This card will also remain on file for any other charges that you may authorize throughout the event process.

Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in LWood Media Group events. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc.) and must set up between 1:00 pm and 2:45 pm on the day of the event. 

Vendors must check in upon arrival and adhere to the designated vendor map, which will be distributed 14 days prior to the event. Driving outside designated areas is prohibited, and vendors must transport their equipment to their assigned spot. LWood Media Group reserves the right to postpone, shorten, or relocate the event due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, vendors are responsible for attending the rescheduled event at the new location and or date, and no refunds will be issued for non-participation due to these changes.

Vendors are required to give at least 48 hours' notice if they cannot attend the event; otherwise, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. Refunds are not provided for cancellations, and vendor booth sharing is prohibited. The event concludes at 7:00 pm, and all vendors must vacate the premises by 7:30 pm, leaving their space clean and free of damage. Failure to do so will result in a minimum $25 fee. An LWood Media Group representative will be available to sign off on your space before departure. By signing below you agree to these terms and conditions.
